ALL USERS need to update their profiles (ALL characters) in the Profile link (left hand menu) to re-attach the guild to their character. Even if the guild shows up properly on your character it is NOT correct in the database.

Edit each character, update the guild (and any other relevant information) and save each character.

Failure to do so will prevent you from signing up for raids.
